HPAC Login Instructions

Many members do not bother to log in to the web site because they don't know how to and/or they don't bother trying. Below is, I hope, a very thorough and informative way of logging into the HPAC web site. Though all of the instructions are clearly written on the main site, I'll go through it again so that people having problems can email us when they come to a screeching halt on one of the instructions.

After logging into the main site, you will be able to log in to the forum (explained below) and participate in forum discussions as well as the Annual General Meeting where members are encouraged to vote and participate.

Logging in to the HPAC web site

When you first go the HPAC login page, it should look like below:

So there are two options you can use when you initially try to log in to the HPAC web site:

  1. Use your postal/ZIP code (with capitals and space between parts).
  2. Use the last 4-digits of your home telephone if that fails.

If that does not work, fill in just your member number (which every member of HPAC should have, look here on the memberlist, or on your membership card) and click on the "Email me my password" button. This can be found on the login page. It's been set up so that the web team can look through our database and find the information needed to get you logged in.

Logging in to the HPAC forum

First, go the the HPAC forum. (French version)

There, you will see at the top of the page, a box with the instructions:

The instructions are very self explanatory. Again, we've set up links to email you your password (which you should know if you have logged into the HPAC site) just in case you forgot.

NOTE: You must be on the member list in order to login to the forum.

The login name the forum expects is what is on the forum's member list.

One last thing to note is that you can have different passwords with respect to the HPAC web site and the HPAC forum. If you change one password, it does not change on the other. You will have two different passwords. If you don't remember one or the other, you can still have it emailed to you through the links provided.

Happy logging in!!!
