Il convient de noter que lorsqu&rsquo;un m\u00eame incident est signal\u00e9 par plusieurs personnes, il est comptabilis\u00e9 comme un seul \u00e9v\u00e9nement, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire comme un seul rapport.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ces chiffres repr\u00e9sentent uniquement les rapports soumis (et dans certains cas, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour lesquels des informations de premi\u00e8re main suffisantes \u00e9taient disponibles). Vous remarquerez peut-\u00eatre que les donn\u00e9es de 2015 et 2017 sont diff\u00e9rentes de celles communiqu\u00e9es en mai. Cela s&rsquo;explique par la soumission en 2018 de rapports suppl\u00e9mentaires pour ces ann\u00e9es (3 pour 2015 et 4 pour 2017). Il est encore temps de signaler un incident pass\u00e9 Cela nous permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les donn\u00e9es globales sur les accidents\/incidents de l&rsquo;HPAC.   <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td
